: Strategically plan and manage local and cross border logistics delivery performance to provide best in class users experience. Observe and analyse market conditions and macro events, able to relate, manage and thereafter act on the necessary volume adjustments to each delivery partner effectively based on their delivery capacity to ensure business continuity. Develop quarterly logistics roadmap, set delivery lead time KPIs and logistics cost targets to improve overall business unit economics. Ops Excellence Have the ability to understand complex system processes and/or settings, identify & map relationships between several systems/datasets and identify gaps to be fixed. Set up standard operating procedures (SOP) for new projects, and continuous improvements to ensure business continuity and smooth Logistics operations. Act as the custodian of the Shopee logistics long tail performance, set up processes to ensure an effective order management. Lead, coordinate and execute cross functional initiatives with effective communications to Shopee-wide stakeholders from the working level to the C-suite. Leading a team of process assistants in daily management of seller shipping applications, communication with logistics partners, campaign days performance tracking, and backlog management. Requirements: At least 5 years of working experience with proven track record in leading a team Have exposure to E-commerce, logistics background is a plus point A team player with collaborative mindset, working across various functions in- and outside of the logistics team High proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to deal with large data, analyze and translate trend and present to the higher management Team player, excellent in both written skills and verbal communication
