Job Description


  • Maintain strong relationships with new & existing clients through visitations to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat businesses.
  • Actively seek out and engage potential customers through field visits and phone calls.
  • Present & promote products to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Respond promptly to customers inquiries via WhatsApp messages, phone calls and emails.
  • Provide customers with quotations and samples.
  • Attain sales targets set by company.
  • Gather customers feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and services.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues.
