Job Title: Outdoor Salesman - Agent Recruitment (Printing Industry)

Location: Kepong Bandar Sri Damansara

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

1. Agent Recruitment & Relationship Building

-Identify, approach, and recruit potential print shops, branding agencies, and design studios to become authorized agents of Shengda Printing.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with print shop owners and decision-makers to expand the company's agent network across KL & Selangor.

-Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into active agents.

2. Market Research & Territory Development

-Research local print markets, identify potential agent territories, and map competitor activities.

-Develop a clear understanding of the printing services market, including trends, demands, and pricing models.

-Provide regular market feedback and agent performance reports to management.

3. Sales Presentation & Product Demonstration.

-Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations to showcase printing services.

-Explain the benefits, profit potential, and business model of becoming a Shengda printing agent.

-Address questions, concerns, and objections from potential agents professionally.

4. Target Achievement & Reporting

-Achieve monthly/quarterly recruitment targets for new print shop agents.

-Maintain accurate records of all meetings, calls, and recruitment activities in CRM or company reporting tools.

-Submit weekly and monthly reports on agent recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.

5. Customer Support & After-Sales Coordination

-Act as the first point of contact for newly recruited agents, guiding them through registration, onboarding, and initial order placement.

-Collaborate with the company's customer service and marketing teams to resolve agent queries and ensure smooth operations.

6. Promotional Activities & Events Participation

-Represent the company in local exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events to attract potential agents.

-Distribute promotional materials, explain business opportunities, and network with industry stakeholders.

Requirements / Qualifications:

-Minimum 1-2 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in printing services, printing equipment, or printing material.

-Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese language skills are a plus.

-Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.

-Knowledge of printing products, machines, or services is an advantage.

-Own transport is preferred.

Performance Metrics / KPIs:

-Number of new print shop agents recruited per month.

-Conversion rate of leads to active agents.

-Feedback and satisfaction ratings from agents.

-Sales volume generated indirectly through recruited agents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
