Requirements
Requirements:
Prior experience in healthcare administration, retail management, or clinic operations preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
Proficiency in basic computer applications
Malaysian citizen.
Female is preferred.
Ability to speak Malay, English, and Chinese is preferred.
Able to work on weekends.
Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
Candidates aged 25 to 35 year old are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in store or outlet management is an added advantage.
Candidates with retail or branch management background are preferred.
Willing to accept relocation as needed.

We are now expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to support our outlets' daily operations.

What you'll do:
Assess clients and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Educate clients on aftercare and update treatment records accurately.
Ensure safety, hygiene, and service SOPs are strictly followed.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all services and products offered.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
Oversee daily opening/closing procedures and treatment area readiness.
Assist with stock count, inventory updates, and product display.
Prepare and submit monthly report.
Assist in managing day-to-day branch operations
Supervise front-desk and therapy staff as needed
Support scheduling, inventory, and basic administrative tasks
Ensure high standards of patient service and satisfaction
Help train and onboard new employees
Address patient concerns professionally and promptly
