Job Description
- Proven work experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome and training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to outlet standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including dining areas, counters, and kitchen.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system.
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations.
