Position: F&B Crew Member (Fast Food Chain) Workplace Venue: Pavilion Kuala Lumpur Working hours: 5 working days per week (48 hours per week), 2 off days Job Summary Food & Beverage Crew perform essential duties in many different areas within the restaurant, including Cashier, Grill, Dressing, Fries, Lobby, Milkshake stations and Morning Preparation, and provide friendly, fast and accurate service in order to ensure an excellent customer experience. This role is a 5-day work week, with rotating shifts including weekends / public holidays. Responsibilities
Excels in performing essential tasks including runner/frontline coordinator, order taking/dining room attendant, grill operator, sandwich maker, fry station, drinks and cashier
Maintains friendly, fast and accurate service, ensures an excellent customer experience, and makes sure all products are consistent with company standards
Ensures the restaurant is up to company standards with regard to cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility
Works as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Warm and cheerful personality; energetic and highly motivated
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills, where experience with POS systems would be a plus
1-2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred, but not required as training will be provided
