Job Description

A Outlet Manager oversees the daily operations of a food and beverage outlet, ensuring smooth service, profitability and exceptional guest experiences. This role blends leadership, hospitality, and business acumen to manage staff, maintain standards and drive revenue in a vibrant dining and bar environment.

Key Task:

1. Supervise day-to-day operations of the bistro and bar.

2. Lead, train and schedule front-of-house and bar staff. 3. Ensure high standards of food, beverage and service quality.

4. Monitor inventory, place orders and manage supplier relationships.

5. Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly.

6. Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost sales.

7. Maintain cleanliness, safety and compliance with health regulations.

8. Prepare budgets, control costs and analyze financial performance.

9. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.

10. Ensure POS systems and cash handling procedures are followed.

Requirement:

2-5 years in F&B management, preferably in bistro, bar, or casual dining.

Working experience:

1. Proven experience in team leadership and customer service.

2. Background in budgeting, inventory, and vendor management.

3. Familiarity with local hospitality regulations and licensing
