Job Responsibility Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction Ability to attend to customer enquiries, complaints and answer all question regarding the Restaurant\'s food, beverage, facilities and services Organize and supervise shifts Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products Ensure compliance with safety regulations Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste Always ensure food quality is as per restaurant\'s standard Accountable for business performance of the restaurant Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as all licensing requirements. Work closely and constantly communicate effectively with all relevant departments for any matters about the smooth running of the outlet operations Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Job Requirements Must be a Malaysian Able to speak good English & Bahasa Malaysia Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
