Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate
sales team to achievestore and personal targets
. Encourage team to engage customers on regular basis toprovide excellent service
to maximize product sales.Oversee full spectrum of outlet operation
- manpower management, arrangement of monthly work schedule, organize workflow, ensure staffs understand their job responsibilities and duties.Responsible to deal with all issues that arise from retail operations
- take appropriate remedy actions, report unresolved matters to Operation & Retail Manager/respective departments when necessary.Manage and control inventory level and stock forecast accuracy across all channels.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- ensure high standard of store environment (safe and clean) to protect the safety of customers and staffs. Toensure cash receipt tally
with daily sales report Tobank in cash receipt
on timely basis To send thesales report
to Operation & Retail Manager. Ad-hoc task by Superior.Qualification Requirements:
Prefer
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
in business management, sales and marketing or related fields. Minimum5 years' experience in Retail Industry
. Possess high level ofcommitment
and able todemonstrate initiative and integrity
. Stronginterpersonal and communication
skills. Excellentmentoring, coaching and team management
skills.Ability to generate respect and trust
from staff and external parties. Analytical, meticulous and have sharp business acumen. Applicants must bewilling to travel and work on weekends
. Candidate with retail experience will have added advantage.Benefits:
