Job Description


The FNB Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage offerings. This role includes managing staff, controlling inventory, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and achieving financial targets while enhancing the overall guest experience.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlet to ensure efficiency and quality service.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for service, food preparation, and cleanliness.
Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll to optimize labor costs while maintaining service quality.
Customer Service:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
Financial Management:
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing sales reports to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability.
Menu Development:
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to design and update the menu, ensuring it meets market trends and guest preferences.
  • Conduct regular menu tastings and ensure quality control in food presentation and taste.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the outlet to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Marketing and Promotion:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the outlet and attract new customers.
  • Organize special events and promotions to enhance the dining experience.
Reporting:
  • Prepare regular reports on outlet performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Job RequirementsQualifications:
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
