Job Description
An Outlet Retail Assistance is responsible for handling various sales activities in a retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service. The specific duties and responsibilities of an Outlet Sales Associate include the following:
- Welcome customers when they walk through the door.
- Attend to online & walk-in customers and provide consultation and services.
- Recommending suitable products to existing and prospective customers.
- Promoting and achieving a satisfactory level of sales through excellent customer service, good product knowledge, honesty, and integrity.
- Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.
