Responsibilities

Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in full compliance with QAQC and company guidelines. Oversee daily stock management activities, including receiving, ordering, and accurate inventory control to minimize wastage and discrepancies. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring a positive guest experience. Supervise daily outlet operations, providing hands-on support and guidance to team members to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery. Assist in preparing and managing staff rosters to maintain optimal manpower coverage across all shifts. Collaborate closely with the Outlet Manager in implementing operational strategies, service improvements, and quality initiatives. Monitor team compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies to maintain consistency and operational excellence. Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly operational reports in a timely manner. Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or senior management to support overall outlet performance and objectives.

Requirements

Age:

25-35 years old

Ethnicity:

Chinese or Malay (to support team language needs and internal cultural dynamics)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in the F&B industry; prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

Customer Service:

Proven ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Education:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Language Proficiency:

Good spoken and written command of both English and Malay.

Personal Attributes:

Energetic, proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the role.

Vaccination Status:

Fully vaccinated (minimum of 2 doses).

Transportation:

Own transport preferred for ease of commute and scheduling flexibility.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
