- SPM qualification or above
- Able to converse in Mandarin (Need Mandarin candidate due to Non-Halal)
- Relevant working experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage operations and ensure compliance with F&B standards
- Able travel to working location: EKO BATONI, JOHOR
- Oversee the overall management of the outlet
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and F&B industry regulations
- Manage daily restaurant operations and staff performance
- Prepare and implement work plans to achieve business goals
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and customer satisfaction
- Medical leave
