Job scope:
Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and service standards.
Assist in staff scheduling, task delegation, and monitoring staff performance.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide quick solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising display, and overall shop presentation are up to brand standards.
Oversee cashiering procedures, including opening/closing duties and daily sales reconciliation.
Assist in stock management--stock count, replenishment, receiving goods, and inventory accuracy.
Train new staff on product knowledge, SOPs, and customer service guidelines.
Requirement:
Prior supervisory experience in retail industry (huge plus)
Sales-driven, able to work rotational shifts
