Ensure the outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in accordance with QAQC and regulatory requirements.
Oversee stock management processes, including ordering, receiving, storage, and regular inventory checks to ensure optimal stock levels.
Deliver outstanding customer service, proactively addressing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Supervise, motivate, and support team members to ensure efficient daily operations and service excellence.
Develop and manage staff rosters based on operational needs, ensuring adequate manpower coverage at all times.
Collaborate closely with the Outlet Manager to align on operational goals and business strategies.
Monitor outlet performance, drive team efforts to meet or exceed sales and service targets.
Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance, inventory status, and staff-related matters.
Enforce strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational policies.
Perform any additional tasks or ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Outlet Manager or higher management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, with a background in supervisory or team leadership roles preferred.
Possess at least an SPM / Secondary School qualification in any discipline.
Strong command of English and Malay, both spoken and written.
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
Reliable transportation and willingness to commute as required by the job.
