Responsibilities

Ensure the outlet consistently upholds the highest standards of

cleanliness, hygiene, and safety

, in compliance with

QAQC protocols

and all

regulatory requirements

.

Oversee end-to-end stock management

, including ordering, receiving, storage, and regular inventory audits, to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.

Deliver exceptional customer service

, promptly addressing feedback and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting loyalty.

Lead, motivate, and support

team members to achieve operational efficiency and maintain service excellence throughout daily operations.

Plan, prepare, and manage staff rosters

based on business demands to ensure adequate manpower coverage and smooth workflow.

Collaborate with the Outlet Manager

to align on business objectives, implement operational strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

Monitor outlet performance

and spearhead team efforts to meet or exceed sales, profitability, and service targets.

Prepare and submit timely reports

on sales, inventory, staffing, and other operational matters as required.

Enforce strict compliance

with company

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

, quality standards, and operational policies.

Undertake additional duties or ad hoc assignments

as directed by the Outlet Manager or higher management.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

in the

Food & Beverage (F&B)

industry, preferably in a

supervisory or team leader role

. Possess at least an

SPM / Secondary School qualification

in any discipline.

Strong communication skills

in both

English and Malay

(spoken and written). Proven

leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

, with a proactive and hands-on approach to work.

Reliable transportation

and willingness to travel or commute as required by operational needs.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
