Supervise the preparation of restaurant operations by following procedures of work during set up and production time
To promote goodwill by ensuring prompt, efficient, and courteous through achieving daily planning of tasks received
Process bills and money collection as per SOP and assist in clearing tables
Check that food and beverage orders are taken by following SOP
Fully aware of the knowledge of the menue in the outlet and understanding of ingredients used in all products
Train service crew to fully understand the content, preparation, and presentation of all menu item
Work closely and cooperate with other staff to achieve the highest possible satisfaction of food items
Assits in preparing sales, promotions, and discounts reports
Requirement :
- SPM or equivalent
-Minimum 2 years exp as supervisor
-Proven experience in managing restaurant
-Proven experience in managing a size of restaurant team that up to 10 people
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
