Overseeing daily store operations
Follow SOPs for opening/closing, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure proper visual merchandising.
Manage stock, conduct regular counts, resolve discrepancies, and update reports accurately.
Adhere to company policies, handle customer concerns, and continuously enhance product knowledge.
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of retail staff
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
Strong sales and operational skills to manage inventory, merchandising, and store performance.
Excellent customer service
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in retail management is a plus

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
