Able to assist the entire operations in F&B outlets or hotel dining area
assisting and monitoring F&B service operations, guest service, and food & beverage quality are running smoothly
Assisting the Director of F&B with financials, as well as excellent operational knowledge in the F&B industry and ensuring compliance with procedures and standard
Ensuring the cashiering procedures are processed in compliance with accounting standard
Creating standard menus, menu planning and layout
Has cross-selling skills to promote the Resort\'s products
Work closely with the Kitchen Department to ensure that the food quality, quantity, presentation and service is up to standards
To prepare and conduct training to the subordinates
Prioritize guests\' satisfaction, interaction and will keep guest interested in returning
Able to conduct inventory actively as per plan and responsible for all stock
Ensure bar is well-stocked and clean
Creates drinks and maintains drink recipe documentation
Oversees staff, including bartenders, and, in some cases, bouncers, wait staff, and/or kitchen staff as well
