Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outreach Assistant located in Johor Bahru, with the flexibility to work from home. The Outreach Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to community outreach, research, and customer service. They will work to build and maintain relationships with the community and provide support to the team as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service or community outreach Strong research skills Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: Experience in marketing or advertising Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field The candidate should possess these skills in order to be successful in this role.
