Job Description

• Ensuring effective end-to-end management and governance of third-party service providers in accordance with Bank policies and/or BNM regulations:

- Outsourcing Service Providers (OSPs): statement printing, personalized cheque book printing and document management

- Non-outsourcing Service Provider: Centralised mailroom and internal dispatch activities

\xc2\xb7 Ensure accuracy and completeness of outsourcing compliance accordance to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) standard and regulatory reports

\xc2\xb7 Conduct periodic service level agreement (SLA) and performance review meeting with OSPs

\xc2\xb7 Conduct periodic site visit and yearly BCP/DR test with OSPs

\xc2\xb7 Conduct External Service Providers & Vendors (ESPV) Screening Exercise

\xc2\xb7 Monitor service providers\xe2\x80\x99 performance service level

\xc2\xb7 Review outsourcing service agreement(s) and prepare addendum for inclusion of new mandatory clauses to meet the bank or regulatory requirement

\xc2\xb7 Prepare user requirements for tender exercise six months prior to contract expiry date

\xc2\xb7 Perform root cause analysis of any incident or complaints received

\xc2\xb7 Perform minimal data entry for analysis purposes

\xc2\xb7 Partner with stakeholders (R&P, ORM, TISO, CPO, Product Owners, etc.) to effectively coordinate and execute third party risk management controls, to ensure compliance with regulations and compliance reviews related to service providers

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with IT on any data discrepancy problem encountered

\xc2\xb7 Raise case in ORE for any breach of FSA / IFSA incident reported

\xc2\xb7 Other department roles and administrative tasks assigned

\xc2\xb7 Tech-savvy with additional skillsets in Digital Design / Process

\xc2\xb7 Has own transportation and willing to travel (incl. other states)
