F&B Guest Services Manager This position is designed for the F&B sales expert that has the experience in driving in F&B covers to the outlets. Not only that, he/she is in-charged to interact with the in-house guests to ensure to draw in their interest towards the outlets as their dining venues throughout the stays. The incumbent is expected to ensure the guest experience towards the group that being brought into the outlets are at excellent level. He/she is to to work with hotel management to develop & execute plans and actions for the marketing of the outlets.
