Job Description


As an Owner Engagement Manager, you will lead a team responsible for maintaining positive relationships with property owners and ensuring their satisfaction.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing owner engagement strategies, overseeing communication with property owners, and facilitating effective collaboration between property owners and our organization.

; Requirements: - Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of Owner Engagement Team members.
Provide guidance and support to team members in their owner relationship management duties.

Owner Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners.
Act as a point of escalation for complex owner inquiries and concerns.

Communication and Outreach:
Develop and implement effective owner engagement strategies.
Oversee regular communication with property owners through various channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings as needed.

Issue Resolution:
Ensure timely and effective handling of owner concerns, complaints, and issues.
Collaborate with the property management team to resolve problems and ensure owner satisfaction.

Owner Retention:
Develop and execute initiatives to enhance owner retention and loyalty.
Identify opportunities to improve owner engagement and satisfaction.

Documentation and Reporting:
Oversee the maintenance of accurate records of owner communications and interactions.
Prepare reports and summaries on owner feedback, concerns, and engagement initiatives.

Owner Education:
Work with team members to educate property owners on property management processes, policies, and best practices.

Market Insights:
Stay informed about local real estate market trends and conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in team leadership and customer relationship management within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of property management practices and the real estate industry.
  • Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Working Conditions:
This role may require occasional travel to meet property owners in person. Some flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate owner schedules.
