A P2P Senior Analyst (EMEA) job has become available at a leading shared service to handle the EMEA market.
About the P2P Senior Analyst (EMEA) Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all AP-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Match invoices
- Handle vendor and internal stakeholders queries on invoices
- Prepare AP balance sheet reconciliation in a timely manner
- Post invoices to the Oracle system
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for AP
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of work experience in the treasury, accounting, finance functions, SSC experience is preferred
- Degree/diploma in finance and accounting/commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP system - Oracle (must have)
- Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical skills
- Working hours: 12pm - 9pm
