Employment Type: Full-Time (8am-6pm or 12pm-9pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes.
Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion.
Coordinate and follow up on projects, deadlines, and action items on behalf of the Director.
Manage correspondence (emails, calls, letters) and ensure timely responses.
Assist in personal and professional tasks as assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
At least
3 years' experience
as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong command of English (both written and spoken); proficiency in Malay, Chinese are an advantage.
Below 35 years of age.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
