To manage a broad range of secretarial, administrative, and operational responsibilities in support of the Director. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of both professional and some personal matters. Acts as the primary coordination point between the Director, internal departments, external stakeholders, and service providers to maintain efficiency and discretion across all areas of responsibility.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in any business field or secretarial studies.
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Good interpersonal skills, strong organisational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
