Job Responsibilities:
Provide quality services to customers and answer customers’ inquiries via live chats, phones & email
Familiar with all the company’s products and promotions, quickly solve problems for customers
Record and update customer data and other relevant information
Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally
Ad-hoc task as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma or above
1-2 years working experience, prefer in customer service or financial industry
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Good command of Chinese & English typing
Good command in reading and written English
Fluent in Mandarin language due to our business nature
Cheerful, service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to work on rotate shift: morning, afternoon and overnight shift.
