Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day activities on the packaging line to ensure targets for output, quality, and efficiency are achieved. Ensure all products are packed, labeled, and handled according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer requirements. Conduct in-process inspections to ensure packaging meets quality standards and prevents mix-ups or defects. Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth product flow and timely shipment readiness. Ensure compliance with ESD protection, product traceability, and cleanliness in the packaging area. Train and guide new packaging operators on proper procedures and safe handling of finished goods. Enforce workplace discipline, safety rules, and 6S housekeeping standards on the packaging line.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience

in production or packaging within an electronics or manufacturing environment.

Prior experience

in a line leader, team leader, or supervisory role is preferred. Strong understanding of packaging processes, labeling, and inspection standards. Able to read and understand production orders, packing lists, and work instructions. Knowledge of ESD handling and product identification procedures for electronic goods. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability in documentation and quality checks. Basic computer literacy Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours. Willing to work shift or overtime as required by production demands.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
