Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for new SKU packaging design, specifications, drawings, and related work instructions Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, QC) and China Packaging R&D to implement packaging solutions and respond to new inquiries or design/material changes Lead sample builds for new SKUs, review and document testing results Evaluate second-source packaging materials Initiate ECR/ECN processes for all packaging-related changes Maintain SAP records, including BOM, Part Numbers, and Routing for all SKUs Ensure process control and drive continuous improvement to enhance FPY (First Pass Yield) Provide training to Production and QC teams on packaging applications and process updates
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in a related field (or equivalent) 1-5 years of relevant working experience Familiar with SAP and packaging processes in a manufacturing environment Strong communication, project coordination, and industrial process knowledge
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
