Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8b

• Solutions architecture to meet business unit\xe2\x80\x99s requirements on new products and services relevant to PS core/EPC & data centric services. This includes business demand management, technical & commercial analysis, system capability assessment, Go-to-Market\xe2\x80\x99s plans & customer journey assessment.
• Policy and charging control\xe2\x80\x99s platform management \xe2\x80\x93 products design, features & policies development, detailed network design, change request rollout & management.
• Network capacity management. Manage and ensure healthy network utilization to support growth for all lines of business. Timely core network build and expansion to ensure no network congestion and no interruption to customers and services offered throughout the year.
• System expansion and lifecycle management rollout strategy. Key initiatives \xe2\x80\x93 PCRF harmonization for 4G/5G, 5G products and PCF rollout, etc.
• Ensure good network quality to support business growth and good customer experience via routine network performance assessment and optimization \xe2\x80\x93 network availability, network latency, success rates, etc. Maintain zero service interruption and negative revenue & customer experience incidents due to planned network build/upgrade events.
• Support network operation in complex network fault troubleshooting and resolution.
• Drive process and network efficiency enhancement. Adopt technologies to enhance network efficiency and workflow automation.

What do you need to have for this role?

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in related disciplines \xe2\x80\x93 telecommunication, data communication, electrical & electronics
• Work Experience: 5-7 years relevant experience is PS Core design &

3 years relevant experience in policy and charging control design and mobile products solutioning * Strong technical knowledge and experience in PS Core network planning and design, especially in policy & charging control2.

• Good knowledge on Policy and charging Telecommunications principles, call flows and data processing.
• Experience in NFV deployment would be advantage.Good IP interworking knowledge
