Requirements
- Perform packaging operations and ensure product quality meets required standards.
- Conduct process checks and record results when necessary.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently, accurately, and calmly under pressure.
- Willing to work as part of a team and follow supervisor instructions.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to meeting work expectations.
- Previous packaging or production experience is an advantage, but not required (training provided).
