Overview

As a Paid Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and support additional marketing efforts across all VMI channels
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximize campaign performance.
  • Set budgets, bid strategies, and performance benchmarks for various paid campaigns to make data-driven recommendations for budget allocation based on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our e-commerce team, customer support team and external digital marketing agencies to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular testing, monitoring and optimisation work for campaigns to ensure they meet KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest changes and best practices for paid platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and more
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, especially in both Meta and Google Advertising
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to optimizing performance
  • Experience with B2C marketing, with a focus in e-commerce retail
  • In-depth experience with major paid advertising platforms and bidding types
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Media & Communications, Marketing Comms, or similar field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team environment
  • A keen mind for effective communication ideas and a discerning eye for how visuals and copy work together to create compelling narratives and distinctive brand experiences
  • Proven track record of managing ROI-positive paid campaigns across various industries
  • Sharp, concise, and impactful written and verbal communication skills, with a masterful command of the English language
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for musical instruments and related products and/or working experience in music retail industry will be a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics and proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs)/Adobe Create Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) will be a plus
