Job description: Position Title Paid Media Digital Marketing Manager, East and West Region Position Summary Responsible for driving commercial excellence and executing marketing initiatives by developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies for Eastern & Western International regions. Ensures effective execution of marketing plans and actively supports various commercial marketing projects. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial revenue and sales teams, digital solutions, legal, finance, procurement, creative, and commercial partners, is essential. Executes regional and local go-to-market strategies and optimises the digital marketing channel mix.our products and services Reports To Senior Manager, Digital Sales & Marketing Planning Key Responsibilities Develop Paid Media Marketing Strategies for Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Metasearch Partners, Display Advertising, and Affiliate Marketing channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and marketing objectives. Oversee end-to-end management of paid media campaigns, ensuring effective implementation, optimization, and performance analysis. Monitor and analyse campaign data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and achieve ROI goals. Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry best practices to enhance SEM performance. Plan and execute display advertising campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion. Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that align with brand guidelines. Oversee the affiliate marketing program, building and maintaining relationships with key partners to drive revenue and brand exposure. Implement strategies to recruit new affiliates and optimize existing partnerships. Develop and manage budgets for paid media campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment. Generate regular reports and analyses of paid media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications & Working Experience Degree in Marketing, Business Management or a related field would be preferable Areas of Experience Solid understanding of Paid Media Marketing Channels Familiarity with International Eastern & Western market landscape including China, India, Australia & Europe will be an advantage Able to provide strategic, tactical, and analytic direction to initiatives to help market the products & and services Personality Traits Strong problem-solving skills to structure and conduct analysis and to drive robust decisions. Skilled at brainstorming, deadline driven, organized and detail obsessed.
