Job Description


Paid Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with campaign managers to determine their goals and budget.
  • Advising them and other stakeholders on costs, expectations, outcomes, and processes.
  • Brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertising.
  • Copywriting of ad copy for both Google Adwords, Social Media Ads, and others.
  • Working alongside a team of digital marketers, such as SEO specialists, content marketers, and creative specialist.
  • Creating and managing search engine marketing, social media, and other campaigns.
  • Monitoring and analysing web analytics and campaign performance, ensuring ongoing campaign optimization.
  • Defining campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals, and ensuring adherence to search optimization principles.
  • Identifying and presenting new avenues of paid advertising.
  • Utilizing demand-side RTP platforms to promote adverts and campaigns.
  • Ensuring a positive ROI on client spending and PPC ad campaigning.
Paid Search Specialist Requirements:
  • A bachelors degree in marketing, information technology, or digital marketing.
  • Google advertisement certification is must.
  • At least four years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as a paid search marketer or in the paid search space.
  • Experience in PPC specialist in beyond Singapore is beneficial.
  • Ex A thorough working knowledge of demand-side platforms.
  • A detailed understanding of practically applying PPC marketing principles.
  • Data and web metrics analytical skills.
  • Collaborative mind-set and a team player.
  • Passionate about marketing and search marketing.
  • Driven to achieve results and make an impact.
