As our Paid Social Media Senior Specialist, you will build-up our reputation in this challenging time together with many different colleagues across the organization. Developing and implementing social media campaigns with the aim of championing the urgency of a clean energy transition, through innovation and collaboration. Social media and advertisement are at the core of our communications activities and, in a moment in which being visible, have a voice and being listened is not easy, you will play an important role to meet our company goals and show up our success on carbon-neutral, climate change, global electrification or urbanization, among others. Responsibilities:Development and implementation of the social media paid strategy. Manage our social media platforms for advertisement (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube). Development and implementation of our SEM strategy. Implement social media and online ads campaigns to position our brand and businesses. Support the creation of content for paid activities. Support the implementation and execution of paid activities across the organization. Manage agencies for PPC and Social media ads activities. Align paid social media activities within the whole business (Corporate, Business Units and Regions/Countries). Facilitate the spreading of knowledge and information regarding paid social media across the organization, including trainings and materials. Monitor paid activities. Implement processes and reports. Report activities and implement best practices. Benchmark competitors\' activities. Work together with the Head of Digital Communications and Marketing, Digital specialists in the regions and Business Units comms colleagues. Support execution of the Business Units and Regions paid social media plans. Main contact for paid social media and advertisement Living Hitachi Energy\'s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background:Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience planning, developing and hands-on executing Paid Social and Paid Search campaigns, in a B2B setting. Deep knowledge and expertise of SEM strategy in a B2B setting. Social Media Ad and Paid Per Click - SEM ( search engine marketing) Expert on planning and execution of LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads. Knowledge of 6Sense or any other similar B2B predictive intelligence platform. Experience managing agencies and media budgets. Knowledge of graphic design and image editing applications Photoshop. Knowledge of video creation. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft office applications. Relational skills at all levels. Reliable person with a strong commitment to speed and quality. Good editorial skills in English. Able to work at Central European timing (CET) i.e. from 2pm - 11pm Philippine time
