Have you always dreamed about working in chemicals? Join allnex in this internship position, where you will work closely with chemists and learn the ropes!
Responsibilities:

• Test and evaluate resin through paint application and compare against competitor\'s product and/or our existing product.
• Conduct testing of abnormal batch for paint properties and provide findings to QA/QC for decision making.
• Conduct paint/resin/additive compatibility.
• Keep track of samples received and additives/panels/solvent usage.
• 5S and housekeeping in the lab.
• Prepare simple report and summary from test panel observation.
• Responsible for the maintenance of paint application lab equipment and purchase of equipment where necessary.
• Assist in ad hoc work assigned by chemists.
• Carry out work in accordance with the PPE Matrix.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree or a diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, or any other related field of study.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months during the internship period, with a preference for a 1-year commitment.
• Strong technical and analytical attributes.
• Good teamwork and cooperation.
• Curious about the chemical industry and has a genuine interest in a career in chemicals.
• Meticulous and comfortable with working in a chemical lab.
