Palm Oil Mill Manager

Job Description
- Manage overall mill operation (throughput, OER & KER rates, losses, budget management, other KPI criteria, etc).
- Possess steam cert
- Ensure high quality product, high mill efficiency and timely delivery.
- Reviews reports, determine problems and resolve them to minimize cost and prevent operational delay.
- Planning for production operations and ensure efficient maintenance schedule (machinery downtime, spare inventories, revises production schedules and priorities as a result of equipment failure or operation issues, ensure optimum utilization of equipment and workforce.)
- Ensure compliance to regulatory, statutory and legislative requirements (company policy & standard operating procedure, health, safety & environment standards, RSPO, MSPO, certification, etc.)
- Performance bonus
- Miri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Mill Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
- 2nd Grade Steam Engineer (Preferred)
