Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Promoter to join our Baby Kiosk. Candidates must have good attitude, patience and confidence to naturally share our baby brand story and educate customers to use our baby products.

• Working Location: Mid Valley Megamall
• Working days: 4- 5 days per week
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays as the position is kiosk-based
• Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
• Welcome customers, greet and introducing our product to customers according their needs
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through high-quality sales service
• Provide appropriate demonstration product features
• Maintain excellent store conditions and visual merchandizes standards
• Manage the point of sale process
• Achieve personal sales target and align with company’s objective
• Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc
• Comply to Sales & Operation Training Program, Company Policies and Company's SOP

Requirements
• Good customer service with excellent sales skill
• Min. 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience is preferred
