Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan
Diploma Certificate or Bachelor Degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably in a clinical setting.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Tanggungjawab
Panel Patient Management
Manages the registration of panel patients and checks treatment eligibility according to panel policies.
Ensures that a guarantee letter or treatment approval is obtained before treatment is provided.
Claims & Documentation Management
Prepares, reviews and sends panel claim documents to TPA, insurance company or employer.
Ensures that claims are submitted on time and comply with the requirements of each panel.
Coordination with Panel Parties
Contacts the panel for verification, claim follow-up and resolution of payment-related issues.
Handles panel inquiries and complaints professionally.
Records, Reports & Audits
Updates panel patient records, claim status and payments.
Prepares periodic reports on panel performance, outstanding claims and panel results for management.
Assists in internal or external audit reviews related to panel affairs.
SOP Compliance & Customer Service
Ensures that all panel affairs comply with clinical SOPs, internal policies and panel agreements.
Provide clear and accurate explanations to panel patients regarding eligibility, benefit limits and clinic procedures.
