· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Public Relations/Mass Communication or equivalent.
· At least 2 year(s) of working in the related experience is required for this position.
· Preferably executive specialized in Purchasing or equivalent in hospital or similar environment.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for clerical duties, maintaining accurate records of Purchase Order, quotations and suppliers list. Assisting Assistant Purchasing Manager in day to day running Purchasing Department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. All clerical duties of the Purchasing Department especially typing of Purchasing Orders.
2. Daily converting purchase request to purchase order (For all categories).
3. To send out approved purchase order to vendors.
4. To follow up delivery status to make sure the stock arrived.
5. To prepare purchase order tracking list and submit documents to general store to perform Goods Receive Note.
6. Keep a good tracking system of all Purchase Order issued.
7. Update Purchase Order for goods received and those that are outstanding.
8. To assists Assistant Purchasing Manager to source for quotation and new vendors.
9. To work closely with Maintenance department to ensure that all Equipment sent out for repair are according to procedure.
10. Involve in Quality Improvement activities at units and hospital.
11. Perform others appropriate tasks and duties assigned with the realm of the employee's knowledge and abilities.
