Responsibility:
Ensure food preparation according to guidelines and SOP
Perform all tasks required in the kitchen
Strong understanding of food sanitation guideline
Prepare ingredients as per order and according to recipe
Check kitchen stock
Minimal cooking but involves extensive of cutting and ingredient preparation
Good personality and good communication skills with peers and customers
Fast learner and can work under pressure
Work at front of house greet customers and preparing customer orders
Serve at food station and pack food order
Handling dine in, takeaway and delivery order
Check stock daily and report to upper management
Maintain shop and kitchen cleanliness
Handling payment and POS system
Requirement:
Language proficiency in English is a must
At least 1 year experience in F&B
Able to stand long hours
Local Malaysian ONLY
Quick learner and able to work in a team
