Salary offer: Up to RM5,000 + RM350 (Transport Allowance) + Completion Bonus

Location: Menara Lien Hoe, Persiaran Tropicana, 47410 Petaling Jaya Selangor.

Contract Duration: 1 year contract under PERSOLKELLY

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm (3 days WFO)

Responsibilities:

• Draft, update and negotiate contracts and other key agreements for Commercial & Procurement for SIMA.
• Provide accurate, relevant, and timely advice to stakeholders on a variety of legal topic with alignment with Counsel, in particular, competition law, financial operational, commercial, and contract matters.
• Keep the stakeholders informed about any legal and regulatory changes that impact the Company.
• Create and implement strategies for avoiding and resolving disputes.
• Stay updated on legislative and regulatory developments in the fintech industry; develop plans for the company to stay compliant with all applicable legal requirements in various jurisdictions.
• Assist in running compliance program for the company, including but not limited to Code of Business Conduct, Competition Law, Personal Data, etc.
• Ensure accurate reporting for audit purposes.
• Assist legal team on special projects.

Requirements: * Preferable 2-3 years hand on experiences in legal department within the organization .

• Preferable Law degree candidate.
• Looking for someone who is agile, flexible ,solution driven person, and growth mindset
