Salary: Up to RM5,000 + RM350 (Transport Allowance) + Completion Bonus

Location: Menara Lien Hoe, Persiaran Tropicana. 47410. Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Contract Duration: 1 year contract under PERSOLKELLY

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday & 08:30AM - 05:30PM (3 Days WFO)

Responsibilities:

• Draft, update and negotiate contracts and other key agreements for Commercial & Procurement for SIMA
• Provide accurate, relevant, and timely advice to stakeholders on a variety of legal topic with alignment with Counsel, in particular, competition law, financial operational, commercial, and contract matters
• Keep the stakeholders informed about any legal and regulatory changes that impact the Company
• Create and implement strategies for avoiding and resolving disputes
• Stay updated on legislative and regulatory developments in the fintech industry; develop plans for the company to stay compliant with all applicable legal requirements in various jurisdictions
• Assist in running compliance program for the company, including but not limited to Code of Business Conduct, Competition Law, Personal Data, etc
• Ensure accurate reporting for audit purposes
• Assist legal team on special projects

Requirements:

• Preferable 2-3 years hand on experiences in legal department within the organization .
• Preferable Law degree candidate
• Looking for someone who is agile, flexible ,solution driven person, and growth mindset
