Admin & Operations Assistant

to support our day-to-day operations from our office in

Cyberjaya

.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is detail-oriented, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven local business.

Key Responsibilities



Pack and prepare daily customer orders for courier pickup Coordinate with courier companies for pickups and deliveries Monitor inventory levels and update the team regularly Respond to customer enquiries via email or chat Pack and deliver stock to retailers and distributors as needed Assist with general admin tasks and operational support Visit retail stores to arrange stock and refresh inventory

Working Hours



Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Office-based in

Cyberjaya


What We're Looking For



Fluent in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

Organised and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Proficient in basic IT tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets) Reliable, enthusiastic, and a team player Prior experience in admin or operations is a bonus, but not required
