Collect monthly or yearly fees from parents
Record payments and issue receipts/invoices
Remind parents if payment is late
2. Financial Documents:
Keep receipts, invoices, and other finance records in order
Help prepare documents for the accountant
3. Admin Tasks:
Manage student files (registration, health records, etc.)
Help prepare monthly reports (e.g. attendance, cash flow)
Talk to parents and staff about admin matters
4. Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with other departments to provide administrative support and align operations with company objectives.
Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure effective communication and task follow-ups.
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Business, Accounting, or similar
Can use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Knowing accounting software (e.g. SQL) is a bonus
Careful, organized, and able to handle private data
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 6 per week
Work Location: In person
