Helping Fulltime Staff
Serves walk-in customers by helping and meeting customer needs.
Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
Provide product knowledge, samples, and pricing information to customers.
Fully responsible for the boutique daily operation including opening & closing of boutique, sales, boutique's cleanliness & safety in accordance to standard Operating procedure (SOP).
Offer a consistently good memorable customer service experience.
Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
