This position offers the job of a kitchen crew to help out managing our kitchen.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Work under the supervision of Demi Chef at the kitchen bar, assist to prepare sandwiches/meals, prepare ingredients & dressings.
Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness & food item hygiene & freshness at all times, help out with dishwashings and other cleaning tasks.
Assist Demi Chef in keeping track of kitchen inventories.
Prepare & serve kitchen menus according to company standards & SOPs.
Required skills & traits:
Basic food preparation skills, basic knowledge of food products is a plus.
Understanding of food safety practices.
Keen to learn & pickup new skills in kitchen.
Communication Skills: To be comfortable & respectful in communicating with team members
Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
Ability to stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances; and lift heavy items for long periods
Motivated and demonstrated interest in the position.
Good punctuality and disciplined

Good health condition
Must have own mode of transportation

Work hours: minimally, to be available to work on Saturdays/Sundays & Public Holidays. 7.30am-4.30pm.
