Undertake teaching and teaching-related duties such as design, preparation and development of teaching materials; conduct classes/lectures, tutorials and practicals; consultation with students, marking and assessment
Establish and maintain high standards of teaching and effective learning to meet the College\'s teaching and learning expectations
Administration and Other Activities
Undertake and contribute in administrative responsibilities such as attending departmental meetings, participating in committees and working groups within the Department and School.
Update student\'s records and attendance in timely manner.
Highlight students\' issues to Programme Director or Module Leader in timely manner.
Prepare reports such as Examiners Report as required by the institutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Bachelor Degree in the Business-related field from a recognised University.
Able to teach Quantitative Techniques, Principles of Economics would be an added advantage.
Experience working in the higher education environment and a track record of teaching experience and professional knowledge of curriculum development or good record of professional experience with evidence of coaching and mentoring and high quality of presentation skills
Experience in developing teaching methodologies and materials, including the effective use of IT technologies in the facilitation of teaching and learning. Able to use software blended in the teaching is preferred.
