Execute daily retail operations jobs and implement all internal store SOPs.
Drives sales through engagement of customers suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
Provide excellent customer service.
Handle customer enquiry and customer issues. Escalate complaints to Store Manager / Store in charge.
Maintain after sales service.
Understand the visual guidelines and maintain the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.
Keep track of inventory. Maintain, replenish, and upkeep of store according to brand image and standard.
Processing payment.
