What you need to do in Cuura:

Sell, and anything related to sales.

Contact potential customers, introduce our products, and assess their needs and interests during the conversation with customers. Have a deep understanding of our products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers. Create and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential customers, addressing their unique needs and offering tailored solutions. Address customer objections and concerns professionally, providing accurate information and resolving issues to close sales. Maintaining a positive customer experience Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities. Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer insights, market trends, and competitive information.

Individuals who do well in this role usually possess these skills:

Proficiency

Good language communication skills, including but not limited to English, Malay and Mandarin.(if you can speak Tamil, Cantonese, Hakka, Hokien, Teochew, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Arabic or other language also can apply to this job)*
Great interpersonal, strong negotiation and communication skills (Do sales mah)*
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection (Chill la)*
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints (you know la when do sales, we meet different kind of customers)*
